About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Exercise Coach. In this role, you will conduct initial consultations with clients, lead individual and small-group exercise sessions, administer assisted stretch routines, and track fitness results for clients. You will also be responsible for growing the business through selling monthly and package sessions.

No prior experience is necessary, but candidates with experience in personal training, small-group fitness instruction, or assisted stretching techniques will receive priority consideration. All employees will receive comprehensive training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for health and fitness, good communication skills, and a positive attitude. You should also be comfortable working with people and be able to demonstrate energy and excitement while interacting with clients.

Fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology is essential, although a college degree in a health-related field is not required. Certification in CPR/AED is also mandatory.
