Compensation: $150,000-$200,000 plus production incentives, a medical director stipend, a generous signing bonus, and relocation support.
About Our Practice: Our facility is undergoing a transformation under new management, aiming to rebrand and enhance our services as a premier, client-centered veterinary practice. We are located in a vibrant marketplace and provide a range of services including wellness examinations, dental care, and surgical procedures. We welcome your input on additional services you wish to introduce, aligning your medical vision with our operational goals.
Our mission is to deliver outstanding, fear-free patient care and exceptional client service while leveraging technology to improve the experiences of our clients, patients, and team members.
Our current team includes two other veterinarians, and we are eager to expand our veterinary staff. We have a committed practice manager, proficient RVTs and assistants, and a professional front office team, many of whom hold Fear Free certifications and have undergone QPR suicide prevention training. We prioritize ongoing education and skill development to foster both professional and personal growth within our team.
