Position: Snow Plow Truck Driver

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Employment Type: Seasonal Part-Time (Estimated 400 Seasonal Hours)

Position Summary:
MVP Snow n' Lawn is actively looking for skilled Plow Truck Operators for the forthcoming winter season. The primary responsibility involves the operation of company vehicles to clear snow from designated residential and commercial properties as required. The main task is to utilize our fleet of Ford trucks, including models 550 and 150, equipped with various plowing and salting apparatus. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred. These roles offer flexibility, as work schedules are largely dictated by weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Availability around the clock from November to April is preferred.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Ensure reliable transportation to and from the work site.
  • Uniform will be provided and must be worn during work hours.
  • A mobile phone is required for communication.
  • Capable of managing minor documentation during operations.

Qualifications: Must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate the ability to drive in all weather conditions.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work 10-14 hour shifts, lift 50-pound bags, and endure extreme weather conditions.
