Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Completing tasks and knowledge checks assigned weekly
- Understanding and following the Time & Attendance Policy
- Performing routine maintenance on technology equipment
- Communicating with clients to ensure repairs have been completed
- Testing equipment to troubleshoot issues
- Communicating with the Field Service Manager on a weekly basis for program check-ins
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completion of tasks
- A proactive attitude and self-starting skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Comfort with driving a 26-foot box truck
- Aptitude in operating office technology daily
As a member of our team, you will enjoy:
- Starting pay of $20-22 per hour
