Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Completing tasks and knowledge checks assigned weekly
  • Understanding and following the Time & Attendance Policy
  • Performing routine maintenance on technology equipment
  • Communicating with clients to ensure repairs have been completed
  • Testing equipment to troubleshoot issues
  • Communicating with the Field Service Manager on a weekly basis for program check-ins
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completion of tasks
  • A proactive attitude and self-starting skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Comfort with driving a 26-foot box truck
  • Aptitude in operating office technology daily
