Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, and low-slope metal.
  • Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.
  • Remove and install all types of roof systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles).
  • Perform roof maintenance and repairs, adhering to job specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain professional interaction with customers, completing required paperwork and attending meetings as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 2+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
  • Ability to work at varying heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions

  • Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature.
  • Extensive standing, walking, and climbing ladders.
  • Local travel, up to 1 hour away.
