Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritizing wellness and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes and model proficiency through precepting new staff members.
- Contribute to a safe and quality-focused environment, adhering to BCEN's certification standards and evidence-based care models.
- Participate in emergency department level of care, including level 1 trauma designation, and contribute to the development of innovative clinical practices.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications within 6 months of hire.
