Job Summary:

This part-time, 0.6 FTE position is located at UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital Main Hosp in Fort Collins, CO. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of nursing experience and be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cardiovascular nursing and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Precept new staff members and provide education and training as needed
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Colorado
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
