Key Responsibilities:
+ Participate in the application of resin and the rolling of fiberglass materials within a specialized spray booth.
+ Receive comprehensive training in all aspects of the job.

Compensation and Schedule:
+ Day Shift
+ Competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $23, depending on experience (entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply).
Required Qualifications:
+ Must successfully complete dust and respirator fit testing (clean-shaven individuals only).
+ Capability to work in confined spaces.
+ Ability to stand, bend, squat, and twist for extended periods (up to 10 hours daily).
+ Previous experience in a similar role may lead to a higher starting salary.
