Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues
