Pharmacy Manager

Walgreens is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team in Munfordville, KY. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including prescription filling, inventory management, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including state and federal laws and company policies
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and pharmacy performance
• Collaborate with other departments, including retail and healthcare, to achieve business objectives

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree from an accredited institution
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
• 1 year pharmacy experience in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance

• Supervisory experience planning, organizing, and directing the work of pharmacy staff
• Average rating of 3.7 or above on leadership behaviors on the last performance review (internal candidates only)
• At least 6 months pharmacy experience with Walgreen Co.

Walgreens offers a competitive salary range of $128,310 - $188,370, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
