As a Licensed Practical Nurse - Float, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of our patients. Your responsibilities will include providing nursing care to clinic patients, taking vital signs, triaging patient calls, refilling prescriptions, and completing prior authorizations. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our team of co-workers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to clinic patients
Take vital signs and triage patient calls
Refill prescriptions and complete prior authorizations
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs
Requirements:
Graduate of a Nursing Program
Current state LPN license
Basic Life Support certification
