Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients and developing effective treatment plans to enhance recovery and functional independence.
About the Role- Maintain patient confidentiality while operating in a supportive and energetic environment
- Foster collaboration with healthcare teams to achieve patient goals
- Develop and implement creative and effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You will be expected to maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals.

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in required
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License required
- Experience/knowledge with an EMR software preferred
- Excellent oral, written communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Strong work ethic and dedication to patient success
