Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of up to $125,000 per year, including an estimated sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 and relocation bonus of up to $2,500. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision benefits, HSA options, term life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
Job DescriptionAs a Physical Therapist Specialist, you'll be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses to create effective treatment plans aimed at healing and maximizing functional independence. You'll work closely with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and their support systems to ensure seamless care. Your expertise will include:
- Initial evaluation, daily notes, reassessments/progress reports, and discharge plans
- Record-keeping and data collection to inform treatment plans and patient outcomes
- Treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation to optimize patient results
- Collaboration with support staff, including PTAs, ATCs, and PT aides
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where you'll practice
- Current CPR certification
- Experience/knowledge with EMR software (desired)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
