Salary Range
$85,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Description
As an RN-Educator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing educational programs for nurses in various service areas. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with nurse managers and staff to identify learning needs and competencies.
* Designing, delivering, and evaluating educational plans and programs to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes.
* Developing and utilizing teaching tools and instructional materials to support the growth of our nursing teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* A current Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing.
* BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
* Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
