Job Summary

HexaQuEST Global - Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time night shift position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, working closely with other disciplines to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and their families.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized patient care plans based on thorough assessments, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Monitor and record patient condition, identifying any changes or concerns that may impact their care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Provide patient education and support to empower patients and their families to take an active role in their care.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ancillary personnel as needed, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and high-quality care.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current unrestricted licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least one year of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • BLS Healthcare Provider certification and PALS and ACLS certification within six months.
