We are seeking an experienced Director of Hospice Operations to oversee our hospice services in the state. This role will provide overall direction and support to patients, ensuring exceptional care and coordination.
Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Plan, budget, and monitor operations to achieve financial stability and operational progress.
- Care Coordination: Ensure interdisciplinary care and coordination among departments and services.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement service policies and procedures.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate hospice services and personnel using measurable outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff, maintaining effective communication and ensuring adequate staffing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years hospice leadership experience.
- Skillset: Ability to educate, lead, and inspire others, with excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
