Job Description:

LRS Healthcare - Cardiopulmonary is seeking a skilled EEG Technologist to join our team as a travel healthcare professional. As a travel EEG Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations, including hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform EEG procedures on patients to diagnose and monitor neurological disorders
  • Operate and maintain EEG equipment, including electrodes and amplifiers
  • Interpret EEG results and provide recommendations for patient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on EEG procedures and results

Requirements:

  • Current EEG Technologist certification (R. EEGT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 2+ years of experience as an EEG Technologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
