Tempositions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team in a hybrid role. As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in a variety of litigation cases, ensuring their best interests are at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in litigation cases with a focus on achieving the best outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop strong case strategies.

  • Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other key legal proceedings.

Requirements
  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Bar Membership: Active bar membership in New York. Federal bar membership is a plus.
  • Experience: While litigation experience is preferred, we welcome new bar admittees to apply.
Compensation
  • 1-7 Years of Experience: $49.00 per hour
  • 7+ Years of Experience: $52.00 per hour
Additional Opportunity

Tempositions, Inc. also offers a direct hire, permanent full-time role with a non-profit organization, focusing on Landlord/Tenant matters in the Bronx. This position offers a salary range between $85,000 to $113,000, with the convenience of being in the office only one day per week.
