  • Analyze spatial data to support decision-making processes and identify trends and patterns.
  • Create and maintain GIS maps, layers, and geodatabases to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Conduct spatial analyses and modeling to optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate GIS data into various projects and ensure network security.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization and assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS), database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL), and IT support.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in spatial analysis and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data processing and automation is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $48-$55 per hour, with benefits starting on the 31st day of employment. Our benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
