Job Title: Performance Manager

Job Summary:

iFrog Marketing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Performance Manager to join our team. As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Accounts Team to deliver exceptional marketing services that drive positive growth and retention of our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpretation and Analysis: Interpret and analyze partner campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Performance Review and Enhancement: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing performance.
  • Account Retention and Renewal: Foster revenue growth by supporting the Accounts Team in account retention and renewal.
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in performance marketing, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Partner Engagement: Proactively engage with partners to understand their business models and develop strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain a cadence of communication with partners about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper partner engagement. Work closely with Sales, Accounts, Billing, and other teams to ensure an exceptional customer handoff and address any customer issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Education: College Degree (e.g. Associates, Bachelors) or Work Equivalent in an appropriate field of study.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a marketing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Highly proficient in Google Analytics, ability to review, synthesize, and provide actionable insights on marketing performance, proficient in marketing strategies and assessment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
