Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee surgical activities, equipment, and education programs
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical operations
  • Manage surgical schedules, patient flow, and inventory of surgical supplies
  • Provide education and training to surgical staff on new procedures and technologies
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • BLS certification beneficial
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and push equipment, as well as stand and walk for extended periods
