CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-wide applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead techno-functional impact analysis, design, and development activities for enterprise-wide applications.
  • Partner with engineering managers, business analysts, architects, quality assurance, business partners, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into engineering components.
  • Develop efficient solutions and identify and mitigate risks to the product before deployment to production.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of software development experience in building enterprise/web/cloud applications.
  • 2+ years of experience in programming languages using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
  • 2+ years of experience with building APIs and services using REST.
  • 2+ years of experience working in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • 1+ years of experience working in React or Angular.
  • 6 months+ years of experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g., WAVE, WAI-ARIA).
  • 2+ years of experience with version control practices using GIT.
  • 2+ years of experience working with DevOps tools/processes for CICD (i.e., Jenkins, Octopus).
  • 2+ years of experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
  • 1+ years of experience working with RDBMS databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, DB2).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to cloud-based platforms (i.e., Azure, GCP, AWS).
  • Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation:

The typical pay range for this role is $75,705.00 - $154,500.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Eligible employees may also participate in the Company's term life insurance plan, short-term and long-term disability benefits, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation pay.
