Key Responsibilities- Assess patients on admission and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Supervise and evaluate the nursing care provided by other caregivers, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
- Participate in discharge planning and education to ensure patients and families are prepared for post-acute care.
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification and ACLS required.
- Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care.
