Key Responsibilities:
A typical day at MySpot is dynamic and fulfilling, requiring empathy, analytical skills, and a commitment to improving children's lives. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
2. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to evaluation findings and patient goals.
3. Providing speech and language therapy sessions to patients with diverse needs, including articulation, fluency, voice disorders, aphasia, and cognitive-communication challenges.
4. Educating patients and their families about speech disorders, treatment plans, and home exercises to support ongoing progress.
5. Regularly monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Therapist (SLT) license in the state of practice.
