Your Responsibilities
As a Speech Language Pathologist at MySpot, your daily activities will be diverse and rewarding, requiring empathy, analytical thinking, and a commitment to enhancing children's lives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient objectives.
- Delivering speech and language therapy sessions to a diverse patient population, addressing various disorders such as articulation, fluency, voice, aphasia, and cognitive-communication issues.
- Educating patients and their families about speech disorders, treatment strategies, and home exercises to support ongoing progress.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of practice.
