Job Title: Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney to join our team at Jobot. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, disputes, contracts, and other corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to commercial real estate transactions
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and prepare legal pleadings
  • Advise on legal aspects of the company's financing and business structures
  • Conduct research and provide training on legal topics

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate law and corporate law
  • Admitted to the state bar, Michigan
  • Proven track record with a portable book of business
