INTEGRIS Health, a leading healthcare provider in Oklahoma, is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Children's Hospital at Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. As a key member of our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), you will provide exceptional care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, radiological examinations, and other diagnostic procedures
- Diagnose and manage actual or potential health problems, and plan therapeutic interventions
- Order and administer medications, treatments, and consultations as needed
- Perform routine procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and blood draws
- Educate patients and families regarding prescribed treatments and medications
- Collaborate with the supervising physician and Operations Manager Practice Management
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license
- Current BLS Certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
