Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals in providing in-home ABA services to children with Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized ABA programs, developed by Board-certified behavioral analysts (BCBAs), to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collect and record data on client progress, under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA team to develop and implement treatment plans that address client needs.
  • Provide a supportive and nurturing environment for clients and their families.
Requirements
  • RBT Certification
  • 1 year of experience as an ABA Therapist or 2 years working with children
  • High school diploma or national equivalent
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
