Job Title: Kids Zone Attendant

Dynamic Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and caring Kids Zone Attendant to join our team. As a Kids Zone Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the Kids Zone delivers a safe and positive experience for children and their parents/guardians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the Kids Zone is running smoothly, safely, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise activities of assigned children and ensure they remain in designated areas.
  • Provide childcare services, including potty breaks, feeding, and soothing upset children.
  • Participate in and lead fun activities, games, and educational programs for children.
  • Administer first aid and respond to emergencies in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6-12 months of childcare experience preferred.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an approved organization within 30 days of employment.
  • Ability to stand, reach, and move around the Kids Zone area.
  • Occasional lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment:

The Kids Zone Attendant will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interactions with children, parents, and staff. The noise level may be occasionally loud.
