As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Home Health team at Providence, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. About the Role:

  • Provide direct and indirect quality care to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire
  • 1 year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting
  • 2 years of pediatric experience in an acute care setting for RNs caring for pediatric patients
