Job Summary

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level position that prepares individuals for future supervisory responsibilities. As a Shift Supervisor Trainee, you will work closely with store management and staff to develop essential operations and management skills. This role is ideal for those who are eager to learn and grow within the CVS Health organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work effectively with store management and staff to ensure seamless store operations
  • Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
  • Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain customer/patient confidentiality
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure clear information exchange between store management and staff
Requirements
  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in retail and a high school diploma or equivalent
