Operations Manager Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Store Management team, you will play a vital role in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing store team to achieve sales and inventory management goals.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of the store's crew, ensuring effective communication and timely execution of tasks.
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing action plans for operational and service improvement.
  • Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints, promoting a culture of excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
Education:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
