Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Richmond, where you will provide high-quality patient care and technical skilled services in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and perform technical skills as defined by state laws governing nursing practice, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other healthcare professionals.
  • Instruct patients' families on proper care techniques and maintenance of a healthy environment for the patient.
  • Observe, record, and report daily changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse and/or physician.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation or public transportation.
  • CPR certification required.
