Medical Assistant Opportunity for Patient-Centered Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Medical Assistant to join our team at CareNow, where patient-centered care is our top priority. Our medical professionals provide high-quality, efficient care to patients in need of urgent medical attention.
CompensationThe estimated hourly wage for this position ranges from $25.84 to $37.46 per hour. This compensation package reflects the typical salary range for candidates hired in similar roles. Various factors may influence your actual salary, including your specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees in the same role. Job SummaryAs a Clinical Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in preparing patients for examination and treatment by taking their medical histories and vital signs. You will also be responsible for preparing exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments, maintaining supplies and equipment, and assisting physicians with procedures such as applying splints, dressings, and bandages.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have 1+ year of experience in a clinical patient setting, preferably using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. A graduate degree in Medical Assisting or completion of an approved program is required, while certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) is highly valued. Additionally, you must be able to obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certificate and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 30 days of starting work.
