**About the Role:**

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the classroom
  • Assist with lesson planning and implementation
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 1+ years of experience working with young children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
