About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide culturally responsive mental health consultation services to early childhood programs, focusing on improving adult provider and caregiver capacities to promote healthy social-emotional development in children, particularly those from Latino/e and Spanish-speaking backgrounds.

This is a 32-hour per week position with summer leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative mental health consultation services, conducting observations, and developing support plans for children in the classroom. They will also conduct mental health screenings of young children referred by agency staff and build capacity for equitable and trauma-responsive practices within early childhood programs.
