Job OverviewAs a key member of the Ladgov Corporation team, the Occupational Health Coordinator will play a vital role in overseeing and reviewing the Composite Army National Guard Safety Development and Assessment Program. This program aims to ensure the health and safety of Army National Guard personnel, and the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting off-site assessments and traveling to various states for program reviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with the ability to coordinate with state Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene professionals and report findings to senior military leadership. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting special studies and projects to improve Occupational Health services and policies. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting off-site assessments and traveling to various states for program reviews
  • Coordinating with state Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene professionals
  • Reporting findings to senior military leadership
  • Conducting special studies and projects to improve Occupational Health services and policies

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed registered nurse
  • Knowledge of Army policies, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and federal Occupational Health laws
  • Ability to travel for assessments and inspections
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct special projects and studies as directed
  • Must complete Department of Defense security training requirements annually
