As a key member of our mobile wound care team, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and managing acute and chronic wounds in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based wound care interventions and treatments.
- Monitor wound healing progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff on wound care best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and best practices in wound care management.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) State License in good standing.
- Wound Care Certification (WCC) preferred.
- Previous experience in wound care management is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
