  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technology adoption projects.
  • Deep understanding of organizational change management principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in digital adoption strategies, business process reengineering, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with project management processes and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Preferred certifications: Prosci Change Management, PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma.
