Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter financial data into our computer system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts with various registers, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Vendor and Customer Management: Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring that all payments are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all financial transactions and reporting are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) plus a minimum of one-year bookkeeping experience and/or training.
  • Skills: Proficient in financial software and systems, including Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Experience: Minimum of one-year experience in financial data entry, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Certifications: Certified 10-key and typing certificate of a minimum of 45 wpm.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, approximately 40+ hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
