Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical inspections of commercial and residential properties to assess risk profile
  • Identify and document potential hazards and risks
  • Communicate findings to clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for mitigation

In addition to conducting inspections, you will also be responsible for communicating with clients and stakeholders to set up appointments and provide updates on survey status. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated compensation for this role is around $55-$80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include on-the-job training, mileage reimbursement, and production pay.
