About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our Data and Analytics initiatives at The Dignify Solutions LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Application Development and Production support for a portfolio of data and analytics applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Oversee the development and implementation of data and analytics applications, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations.
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in managing data and analytics programs, including onsite-offshore models and new applications like Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in design, development, and managing big data technologies, including data warehousing and business intelligence.
  • Methodologies: Proficient with various development methodologies, including waterfall, agile/scrum, and iterative.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in program management, data science, or related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
