Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve internal and external theft incidents
  • Monitor and control merchandise losses through surveillance and other LP tactics
  • Apprehend shoplifters and prevent future incidents
  • Review shrink reports and assist in reacting to issues and opportunities
  • Implement and communicate company policies and procedures related to safety and security training programs
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Driver's License and transportation required
  • Up to one year of related experience
  • Knowledge of criminal laws applicable to various state and local jurisdictions
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all investigation-related information
  • Basic skills in MS Office
