Leadership Instructor Opportunity

Education Unlimited is seeking a skilled Leadership Instructor to join our team for our summer leadership programs. As a Leadership Instructor, you will guide students through our comprehensive leadership curriculum, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to become effective leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach leadership skills to students through interactive and engaging lessons
  • Assist students in one-on-one feedback sessions and lead a showcase at the end of camp
  • Track student work and deliverables to the camp director and EU home office
  • Supervise students during recreational activities and assist with administrative tasks
  • Lead field trips and guide students on excursions
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience teaching leadership at any level
  • Bachelor's degree required; preference given to those with an advanced degree
  • A passion for leadership and working with students
  • A deep sense of professionalism
  • Self-motivation and follow-through
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
