Job Opportunity at Quinn's Hot Springs Resort

We are seeking an experienced Line/Pantry Chef to join our team at Quinn's Hot Springs Resort, a renowned dining destination in Montana.

As a Line/Pantry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing menu ingredients, cooking and assembling dishes, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene. You will work closely with our expertly trained chefs to deliver exceptional meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu ingredients for specific dish compositions
  • Cook and assemble dishes according to set kitchen standards
  • Monitor portions and quality of food
  • Set up and close station, adhering to sanitation and health standards
  • Perform prep work, including slicing, dicing, portioning, and preparing sauces
  • Properly handle, store, and rotate all products
  • Coordinate preparation of ingredients and items with other pantry/line chefs
  • Use knowledge of common allergies and dietary restrictions to make on-the-fly modifications
  • Assist other team members as needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work on your feet most of the shift
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, crawl, and access awkward spaces
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
