Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a local contract nursing position in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Job Details
  • Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 1 year of current experience in their nursing specialty in an Acute Care hospital setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
  • Support facility CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing
  • Preferred Education: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Master's degree)
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 1 year of current experience in their nursing specialty in an Acute Care hospital setting
  • Required Certification/Licensure: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
