Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit Nurse for a local contract nursing job in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

As a TRA RN, you will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. You will be responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. You will be accountable to support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Minimum education: Graduate of an accredited School of nursing. Preferred Education: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Master's degree). Minimum Experience: Must have 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum one year current experience in their nursing speciality in an Acute Care hospital setting. Required Certification/Licensure: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. Must meet all certification requirements for each nursing specialty supported. CPR-Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
