Job Title: Packaging Agent

Cresco Labs is a leading cannabis company seeking a skilled Packaging Agent to join our team. As a Packaging Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Job Summary:

The Packaging Agent will be responsible for executing tasks assigned by the Packaging Manager and Packaging Supervisor, measuring, packaging, and labeling products, collecting samples and performing tests to ensure quality, maintaining a sanitary work environment, and safely transporting products from the workspace to the storage area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute tasks assigned by the Packaging Manager and Packaging Supervisor
  • Measure, package, and label products
  • Collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality
  • Maintain a sanitary work environment
  • Safely transport products from the workspace to the storage area
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures
  • Ability to measure, package, and label in a precise manner
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the needs of the shift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
  • Proficiency in Windows-based software and point-of-sale applications a plus
