Job Summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Agent to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Agent, you will be responsible for picking, processing, and packaging customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods
  • Create compliance labels using the POS system
  • Apply compliance labels to all products
  • Verify product unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests to prevent rejections or complaints
  • Package and seal finished orders for delivery
  • Coordinate customer orders based on logistics, inventory, and customer requests

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced factory, production, or manufacturing environment with measurable goals and working standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Excel, Word, and other software
  • Ability to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds to torso level
