Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit Telemetry
Employment Type: Full Time
Shift Details: 12 Hour Shifts
Compensation: $20,000 Hiring Bonus and relocation assistance for eligible external candidates, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that begins on your first day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Nursing Practice: Conduct assessments, establish nursing diagnoses, and develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Ensure effective communication of patient conditions and maintain essential competencies required for your specific area.
- Advocacy: Champion ethical and holistic care by collaborating in care planning to uphold the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of our patients.
- Educational Facilitation: Create a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members, promoting both formal and informal educational opportunities.
- Safety and Quality Alignment: Take accountability for safety, identify and rectify issues, and integrate evidence-based practices into nursing care to enhance patient outcomes.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional growth, practicing within the legal parameters of nursing standards and promoting a culture of inquiry that explores and disseminates research.
- Leadership: Coordinate and lead teams, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to integrate nursing knowledge effectively.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current National Provider ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Completion of NIH Stroke Scale Training within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU Telemetry Nursing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in your area of specialty upon hire.
